Siegfried Wagner - 150th anniversary events in Bayreuth
On the occasion of the 150th birthday of Siegfried Wagner, several events put on by the International Siegfried Wagner Society will take place in Bayreuth this year during the Festival season in honour of the anniversary, under the patronage of Mayor Brigitte Merk-Erbe.
A series of events, including an exhibition of artworks at the Alte Schloss, two performances of one of Siegfried Wagner's operas at the Margravial Opera House, and a concert (also at the Margravial Opera) will take place between 24 July and 17 August.
