Aufgrund der Absage des Kongresses 2025 hat das Präsidium beschlossen, die Delegiertenversammlung in Bayreuth stattfinden zu lassen. Dies soll aber ein einmaliger Vorgang sein, denn für 2026 ist der Kongress in Köln geplant. Warum Bayreuth? Angesichts der Situation, in der sich der RWVI derzeit befindet, ist das Präsidium davon überzeugt, dass wir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes gemeinsam zum Ursprung zurückkehren müssen: mit Bayreuth als Ursprungsort. Die Tagesordnungspunkte werden vor allem die Punkte Zusammenarbeit und Perspektive beinhalten.
Ziel des Treffens in Bayreuth ist es, gemeinsam neue Wege zu gehen, die auf Neuorientierung, Vision und Anspruch basieren. All dies muss sich in einem klaren und aussagekräftigen Papier „2025 – 2029“ widerspiegeln, einschließlich einer mehrjährigen gesicherten Finanzierung. Die Delegiertenversammlung findet am Samstag, 17. Mai 2025 statt. Es wird ein begrenztes, aber attraktives Rahmenprogramm zusammengestellt, bei dem Begegnung und Geselligkeit im Vordergrund stehen. Deshalb gibt es voraussichtlich am Freitag, 16. Mai, um 19:00 Uhr einen Empfang und am Sonntag, 18. Mai, um 11:00 Uhr die Verabschiedung.
Die Versammlung wird außerdem hybrid sein, das bedeutet: vor Ort in Präsenz und digital. Damit ist eine weltweite Teilnahme für alle möglich.

Due to the cancellation of the 2025 Congress, the Presidium has decided to hold only an Assembly of Delegates in Bayreuth. This is a one-off event, as another regular Congress will take place in 2026: in Cologne.
Why go to Bayreuth in 2025? Given the situation in which the RWVI finds itself, the presidium believes that we should literally go back to basics together, with Bayreuth as the original source.
The theme of the two days will be : working together with a vision !
The aim of the meeting in Bayreuth is therefore to jointly set out new lines centred on reorientation, vision and ambition. All this should materialise in a clear and concise strategic policy plan 2025 - 2029, including a multi-year financial framework.
The Assembly of Delegates will take place on 17 May 2025.
A limited but attractive programme will be organised around the Assembly, with socialising and conviviality being paramount. Therefore, the greeting will be on Friday 16 May at 7pm and the closure on Sunday 18 May at 11am.
The format of the meeting is hybrid to allow digital participation from around the world.

En raison de l'annulation du Congrès en 2025, le Présidium a décidé de n'organiser qu'une des Délégués à Bayreuth. Il s'agit d'un événement unique, puisqu'un autre congrès régulier aura lieu en 2026, à Cologne.
Pourquoi aller à Bayreuth en 2025 ? Compte tenu de la situation dans laquelle se trouve le RWVI, le Présidium estime qu'ensemble, nous devrions littéralement revenir aux sources, avec Bayreuth comme source originelle. Le thème de ces deux jours sera : travailler ensemble avec une vision !
L'objectif de la réunion de Bayreuth est donc de définir ensemble de nouvelles lignes basées sur la réorientation, la vision et l'ambition. Tout cela devrait se concrétiser par un plan d'action stratégique clair et concis pour la période 2025 - 2029, y compris un cadre financier pluriannuel.
L'Assemblée des Délégués aura lieu le 17 mai 2025.
Dans ce cadre, nous proposons un programme limité mais attrayant où la rencontre et la convivialité seront primordiales. Ainsi, l’accueil aura lieu le vendredi 16 mai à 19 heures et la clôture, le dimanche 18 mai à 11 heures.
La réunion sera « hybride », permettant une participation par visio-conférence depuis le monde entier.
