Some photos from the recent Wagner Singing Competition in the Netherlands
The Wagner Prize of the Netherlands, a new category within the International Vocal Competition held recently in 's-Hertogenbosch was won by South Korean mezzo-soprano Eunkyong Lim.
The winner is shown in the above photos, which also feature Eva Wagner-Pasquier (a member of the jury) and Leo Cornelissen, the admirably energetic President of the Wagnergenootschap Nederland, whose brainchild this new prize was.
